gPodder 3 contains the "gpodder-migrate2tres" utility (very badly named if you
don't know that 'tres' was the branch name of gpodder3) that you can use to
convert your gPodder 2 files to gPodder 3.

It would be great if you could add this to the FAQs and/or to the user manual
(both are on wiki.gpodder.org, which is a user-editable wiki, as the URL
suggests).
