Scenario:
- Device has less free space than filesize of episode to be synced
- After syncing an episode: Delete from gPodder
Steps to reproduce:
1. Extras->Sync to device
Results:
Episode appears to sync. Episode deleted from gPodder upon completion. No
episode appears on device. No error message given.
