My recent install of 3.2.0 on a brand new Core i5 Win7 64bit system is
suffering from serious performance issues. More than half the time I interact
with it, I get a "Not Responding" message in the title area... for between
10-25 seconds at a time.
I cannot figure out a rhyme or reason why it does this, and while I see Bug 245
looks similar, it also says the status is Verified and Fixed, so I figured I'd
open a new bug since that was for a very old version.
