There is a filter for _finished_ but New is NOT the same thing as unfinished.
this would be a filter for podcasts where current position != podcast length.
I would prefer a downloaded and unfinished, but I can see how a unfinished
(downloaded or not) would also be a valid option.
Right now I mainly use 'Not deleted' as a filter BUT that includes ARCHIVED,
which in my case clutters the list quite a bit in some podcasts...
Not only that EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE gPodder will stop considering a podcast as
deleted (but it is no longer on the device) and it appears again on the device.
I am not sure whether this is a data problem on gPodder.net or gPodder itself.
I am not reporting that as a bug this time, since I don't have "reproducible"
data. BUT I am offering as an additional reason why this feature is desirable.
