Bug #: 1663
Summary: filename looks like a python tuple
Classification: Unclassified
Product: gPodder
Version: 3.2.0
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: low
Component: Application
AssignedTo: [email protected]
ReportedBy: [email protected]
CC: [email protected]
Hi,
I am listening to some greek podcasts. Although during download, the partial
filename is formatted correctly with the extension ".partial", when gPodder
actually completes the download the filename looks like:
(_UTF-8_, __, _ellinofreneia 20120906.mp3')
Which looks like the string representation of a python tuple.
The relevant log message is:
1347277664.242368 [gpodder.model] INFO: Updating filename of
https://pithos.grnet.gr/pithos/rest/[email protected]/files/Podcasts/Ellinofreneia/ellinofreneia+20120906.mp3
to "(_UTF-8_, __, _ellinofreneia 20120906.mp3')".
As a result, I have to manually open the files with a player (Open with...),
since the extension is not ".mp3".
Best regards,
Nikos
