Installed for the first time on this machine it ran and then after closing and
reopening it now fails with this error

Error launching gPodder

There was an error running bin\gpodder in Python.
I have tried removing and reinstalling (along with Python and making sure all
directories are removed) but get the same error message. Not sure how to get
any more information.
