I already thought this was the way it happened. It's usually the case that the
new episode is shorter then the previous, so playback just stops.

I have just been testing a few things and my theory there is a skewing of the
playback time that builds up and causes the next track to skip ahead.
0:00 -> 5:44 next: 0:04
Looks like in 5 minutes and 44 seconds it build up a skew of 4 seconds.

0:00 skip to 36:40 -> 37:33 next: 0:00
Skipping seems to prevent the problem? It only played 53 seconds, perhaps not
enough for any skewing to happen.

I'll use the queue and keep an eye on the transition next time I listen
regularly without skipping a longer episode.
