With the "Improvements to the extension system" commit
(http://gpodder.org/commit/d5eae16) it is now possible to disable extensions
for specific operating systems, so it seems logical to disable several of the
extensions that would not work on windows (the ubuntu specific ones as well as
woodchuck).
