Tim Pritlove already supports podcasts with the Opus Audio Codec. For example:
http://feeds.feedburner.com/logbuch-netzpolitik-opus
I think we should add support for this new codec. At the moment gPodder don't
recognize this files as audio files (Context menu says "Open" instead of
"Play")
