It seems to happen to me every time I try to add a new feed while I have multiple podcast downloads in progress. It takes a while trying to open the need feed and then I get that exception. I don't know if it is because of the download limit, but I was at that limit each time it happened to me. Let me know if there is any additional debugging or testing I can do to help find and fix this bug.
