The new release 2.0.1 of GTKOSXApplication changed the name of the python
module a bit, to avoid namespace clashes with Gtk
(http://git.gnome.org/browse/gtk-mac-integration/tree/NEWS?id=gtk-mac-integration-2.0.1).
Here is a patch to take it into account.
For reference, GTKOSXApplication converts the menubar to a native menubar on
top of the screen in OS X.
