Ok. Please provide info on which feeds (feed URLs) it happens and
possibly the output of running gPodder with the "--verbose" command line
switch (or simply running the SVN version).

It should work with the mentioned packages. For Python2.5, it could be a
problem with package-level relative imports and absolute imports,
because until 0.9.4, we have had the package named "gpodder" and the GUI
module inside named "gpodder" as well. In the current development
version, this has been corrected. Try out the SVN version and if your
problem persists, send me the output of "make test" and your
subscription list:
