Unfortunately not, it's quite a basic app. It's my fault really for buying a proprietary MTP device!... If not, your inital idea of adding an option to mark episodes as played > after sync seems like a good idea. Maybe I'm going to implement that > when I have some free time. That would be useful, or maybe MTP support in the app? I know a libmtp exists for Python but I'm afraid I have no idea how easy or otherwise it would be to implement.
