Hi Thomas,
just to let you know: due to circumstances I will not
elaborate on, I am currently downloading 91 streams
simultaneously with gPodder, and gPodder functions
perfectly.
For some reason, when I open 'top', I see that
metacity takes most of the CPU time. When I minimize
gPodder, python gets most CPU time.
CPU load is about 20% when minimized, bandwidth use is
as high as the wireless connection allows. In short:
no problemo!
