Hello! I just noticed this.
I tried to download a episode several times, but after about the half, the download canceled and vanished from the downloadlist. When I finally used wget, to retrieve the file, I got the error-message and knew, what was wrong. A message, at least that there was a filesystem-related error, would be really helpfull.
