Hi Daniel

The lock icon means that the episode has been 'locked'.  Locked episodes
cannot be deleted manually or by the automatic clean-up routine, until
it is 'un-locked'. 

It is useful if you have a few podcasts that you want to keep
indefinitely.

I use it for a couple of tech podcasts that often need to be listened
too several times before all the information soaks into my ageing brain!
