I guess the license used by laconi.ca is simply the GNU Affero GPL (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Affero_General_Public_License). I think it's a good choice if you want to make sure that the source has to be made available in every case. And it's certainly better than any weird, unknown license for webservices.
