I guess the license used by laconi.ca is simply the GNU Affero GPL
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Affero_General_Public_License). I
think it's a good choice if you want to make sure that the source
has to be made available in every case. And it's certainly better
than any weird, unknown license for webservices. I'm all again
license proliferation. :)
