We've had a few of these reports in Fedora as well and we've been
tracking them in this bug report:

Thanks. I have rolled back to my old database and settings. I'll clone
the git repo and see if I can work out what's happening. Is there any
method of specifying an alternative database name/location, as I don't
want to keep hosing and restoring my working database when experimenting?
