Bismillaahir Rahmaanir Raheem As Salamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barkatuh! Hadith Narrated Ibn 'Abbas (radi'Allahu anhu): The Prophet (sall'Allahu alaihi wasallam) was the most generous person, and he used to become more so (generous) particularly in the month of Ramadan when Gabriel (alaihissalam) visited him (to revise the Qur'an with him), and Gabriel (alaihissalam) used to meet him on every night of Ramadan till the end of the month. Allah's Apostle (sall'Allahu alaihi wa sallam) used to recite the Qur'an for him. When Gabriel (alaihissalam) met him, he used to become more generous than the fast wind in doing good (in readiness and haste to do charitable deeds).
