Aqua Tower - a skyscraper unusual project for Chicago

Perhaps, soon, all more or less the major cities of the world will
acquire own original buildings. At the turn of Chicago. It is planned
to build an unusual skyscraper - its undulating surface texture
borrowed from deposits of limestone, which generally come to the
surface in the Great Lakes (pictured below). However, this is not only
in the original: the walls of this configuration provides the best
protection from the sun's rays on the premises. Height Aqua Tower will
be equal to 250 m, on 82 floors will house 215 hotel rooms (floors
1-18), 476 apartments (floors 19-52), penthouses (floors 53-80),
6-level underground parking, gardens, walking paths, pools, gazebo, and
others of that ilk.
