gPXE isn't seeing your rtl8185 card at all. Is this a laptop with the
card built-in or something? Sometimes there's something special that
has to be done to enable it... check your BIOS for appropriate
settings.

Also try
  nm bin/gpxe.lkrn.tmp | grep obj_rtl818
to make sure the rtl8185 driver is actually compiled in.
