I gave some thoughts to alternative ways to achieve my goal,
I realized that if I could load multiple gPXE scripts using rom-o-matic and
name them, it would be good enough for me
(keeping a linux box and rebuilding the image myself for every new OS I add is
not very practical)
then, I can press Ctrl-B duing boot, and chain the relevant script. it would be
short enough, and it doesn't require a single change to gPXE itself.
I wasn't able to find a recent source code for rom-o-matic, but I hope it's
possible, and I'm willing to help (php is not my strong side though)
regarding syntax, I have some ideas, but I guess you know best what's most
compatible:
