You need to set the DHCP root-path option to "iscsi:192.168.0.1::::iqn.2010-02.local.home:945a211e0-4cf8-8eb4-2325a44e2ac5". I have no idea how this works with an LDAP configuration, though; I don't think I've seen that syntax before. What does your LDAP database look like?
