compatible with the ASF projects ?
I found a nice HTML editor based on this license that can be used within graffito portlets.

Short answer: right now, no, especially not in Java but it's being worked on.
Check out [EMAIL PROTECTED] for the full details of why the ASF does not allow Java programs to use LGPL components, what is done to try to remedy to the situation.
