Implement a method "setupRepository" in "JcrSessionImpl" to automatically
register the graffito namespace and create custom graffito nodetypes to a newly
created jcr repository.
With this method one can setup a jcr repository from java code. The manual
editing of "ns_reg.properties" (Namespaces) and "custom_nodetypes.xml" is not
recommended/prohibited.
