Got a lot further now.
I have build and deployed jetspeed2 and Graffito and no errors occured.
Also when starting no errormessages come, neither in the tomcat log.
After initial jetspeed install I am able to run and login.
After allDeploy of Graffito I get the errormessage in the IE screen :

Sounds like you are using an Jetspeed 2.0 M3 spring configuration
against M3-dev jars.
Any hints where to look ?
Clean out your Tomcat shared/lib directory
Do a clean build off CVS head, make sure no M3-dev jars remain
