These are all work for dropping and creating the database objects, but I have
not tested running graffito with them.
* SQL files for dropping the tables
* BLOB is not a valid type for mssql (it needs IMAGE). I think VARBINARY might
be appropriate.
* onDelete="cascade" changes were done to avoid errors like this:
Introducing FOREIGN KEY constraint 'SSO_PRINCIPAL_TO_REMOTE_FK_2' on table
'SSO_PRINCIPAL_TO_REMOTE' may cause cycles or multiple cascade paths. Specify
ON DELETE NO ACTION or ON UPDATE NO ACTION, or modify other FOREIGN KEY
constraints.
