apparently my mail with screenshots didn't come through.. so heres the mail again

I'm using the admin account and the Content Browser works fine so that I can add/remove documents and folders so it's not the account.

The only stuff that I see on the Tree portlet page is text

Portlet is Not Available: graffito-portlets::graffitoTree
Reason: null

The content of the Graffito Document Viewer is empty.

Can you refresh the tree portlet ?
Which user are you using ? Admin ?

It is the Graffito tree page and the Graffito Tree portlet.

I can add content in the Graffito page with the Content Browser portlet
but Graffito Tree portlet says only this

Portlet is Not Available: graffito-portlets::graffitoTree
Reason: null

Possibly related to that first exception. The Viewer is empty (or
collapsed or how would I say it) but gives either no exceptions.

Can you explain more the context ?
Is it the browser portlet or the tree/view portlets ?
Do you see the default page on the browser portlet ?
