As discussed in JCR-409, the JCR NamespaceRegistry is not very friendly when
adding new namespaces. For example the
o.a.p.g.jcr.spring.JackrabbitSessionFactory class fails to correctly register
the Graffito namespace if the default prefix has been mapped to some other
namespace.
