Hello, Thank you for your suggestions. Actually, there were 2 versions of scipy and numpy installed on my computer. So, I uninstalled and re-install everything (scipy, numpy, graph_tool). Unfortunately, I observe the same problem.
I will now contact the macports maintainers, as you suggest.
