I just made a test:
- Download and install (from main site the link)
https://oss.sonatype.org/content/groups/public/com/graphhopper/graphhopper-android/0.3/graphhopper-android-0.3.apk
- Download
http://graphhopper.com/public/maps/0.3/europe_germany_berlin.ghz
and unzip it in
/storage/emulated/0/download/graphhopper/maps/europe_germany_berlin-gh/
(or where the download folder is at your device)
- Start GraphHopper app, select the local europe_germany_berlin and it
works fine.
