About (B) yes there is a difference between loading a graph and then
"later" perform routing on it.
You have to be aware of which graph you have loaded and if the route
points are indeed contained in it.
I often at my apps try to perform routing and it could fail - only to
discover that I have loaded the wrong country's graph.
