With CH enabled the routing is indeed faster and that can be more
notable in slow Android devices.
For changing the vehicle I have mentioned the call:
GHRequest.setVehicle(EncodingManager)
The options for weighting are two: "fastest" and "shortest" and for on
demand change, they also need CH off.
