Hi Emux, what do you mean? The issue is not yet fixed.
Also e.g. reading an older, different graph version is not the goal of this issue and is also a lot more complex but probably won't happen before 1.0 The issue 281 is about making a version change in the used flagencoders only, so that not all users need to update the graph. E.g. if the encoding for only the CarFlagEncoder change we are currently forced to change the edge version which requires all users, including those not using 'car' to recreate the graph.
