For the current release of Graphite, 0.9.4, you should use Ext 2.2.
However I am making some changes for the next release. In particular I
am removing the prototype and scriptaculous dependencies in favor of
using pure Ext 3.0. The next Graphite release will also come with Ext 3
bundled as I recently found out that they have an open source license
exemption that would apply to Graphite (otherwise I could not because
Ext is licensed under the GPL and Graphite uses the Apache license).
