fp posted a new comment: actually, do you have a design document on how you plan on setting up the carbon relays? Is it a parent child relationship? so if we have Carbon Relay Server 1 (CRS1 for short) CRS2 receives data from CRS3 and CRS4 and sends the information to CRS1?
