How did you perform the upgrade? I've seen several instances where doing
a simple: python setup.py install over an existing install does not
always upgrade every file. Your error sounds like a partial-upgrade
issue. Try installing again like so:
python setup.py install --force
And then restart your web server and see if that fixes it.
