Thanks for the reply. Two questions:
1) If I use the requirements.txt file, what do I do to it? Not sure what you
want me to do in that.
2) If I use setup.py, which one? I see 3 of them:
graphite/carbon/setup.py
graphite/whisper/setup.py
graphite/setup.py
