You'll need to collect these metrics from Jetty and MySQL and send them
to Graphite. For Jetty you should be able to use a tool like jmstrans
(http://code.google.com/p/jmxtrans/) to poll stats from JMX. For MySQL
you can use something like collectd (http://collectd.org/) to collect
the metrics and send to Graphite using its write_graphite plugin
(http://collectd.org/wiki/index.php/Plugin:Write_Graphite).
