You can easily generate Redhat packages from the graphite 0.9.x branch by running "python setup.py bdist_rpm" on a centos/redhat box. I'm fairly sure all the needed code is merged in; however there is still a pending pull request containing some final details. I just can't remember if they are strictly necessary or not.
