I am attempting to stand up graphite from scratch using the docs at http://graphite.readthedocs.org/. There appears to be a lot of holes in this documentation (I have the packages installed, how do I start the app? How do I configure apache or nginx to be the web server for it? I have gunicron installed, how do I set that up to be used by graphite?, etc) and I am not sure what to do next.
