Hi! I've installed Graphite on OS X with pip, but I'm not confident that my installation is correct. I followed http://graphite.readthedocs.org/en/latest/install-pip.html#installing-in-the-default-location, but it created opt/graphite/ under site-packages instead of under /. My coworker experienced the same issue. Is this a problem that I can and should remedy by following the instructions to install to a custom location (providing /opt/graphite/), or is this behavior expected? Just want to verify my setup before delving too deep into Graphite.
