Initial Comment: Cross-bug from GDAL: http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/ticket/1656#comment:5 g.proj -wef command returns ESRI WKT string without the ESRI:: prefix, and that's why transformations fail. To simplify user's live, we should add the prefix in case of -e flag specified.
