I tried them and didn't have any problems. Starting nviz from gis.m File menu, button in display window and command-line all worked fine. I unset my PATH first so it's using the libraries you have included in the distribution (I haven't compiled new ones recently anyway) and I'm still using the Activestate Tcl. I think for a proper Beta WinGRASS release we should compile our own Tcl/Tk and include that though to make it easy and reliably compatible.
