Probably the easiest route for now is to add it as:
scripts/r.in.aster/r.in.aster.py
But we will also need a standardised directory for Python modules (as
opposed to scripts), which will need to be added to PYTHONPATH by
Init.sh, so that e.g. "import grass" works.
