this indicates that patch mess in the file. Since http://trac.osgeo.org/grass/browser/grass/branches/develbranch_6/vector/lidar/v.surf.bspline/main.c#L358 does not show any related problems it will be a local problem on your system (did you have local, unsubmitted changes?).
