Comment (by cnielsen):
The installer won't accept SW_HIDE (SH_HIDE above was a typo), only
SW_SHOWMINIMIZED, SW_SHOWMAXIMIZED, and SW_SHOWNORMAL. This has been
implemented in the new installer which I'll post shortly.
