I tried
etc/Init.bat
lines 120ff.
::set
PYTHONPATH=%PYTHONPATH%;%WINGISBASE%\etc\python;%WINGISBASE%\etc\wxpython
set PYTHONPATH=%WINGISBASE%\etc\python;%WINGISBASE%\etc\wxpython
But no success.
there is not %PYTHONPATH% in Grass.bat
