What confuse me is that the command img2rr outside a grass shell,
works fine on grass data too.
maybe it can be the gdal-grass version mismatch problem, but tring the
same command inside a grass6.4 environment (instead of grass7)
i get the same problem.
however i'll try a custum build of gdal, make gdal-grass using grass 7
and try again

I'm not really sure if that's GRASS 6.0 and 6.5 or if something else
has
those versions. but maybe it's the gdal-grass plugin that needs to be
rebuilt for grass 7??
