GPrompt is back in r40071 as GPromptPopUp. The fact that you included GPrompt in GConsole (many times noted that it's desired from my side) affected modules dialogs. Dialogs should not contain prompt. It's pointless and confusing. Another think I do not understand that such *significant* changes which can very easily break the whole GUI don't go first to trunk.
